Prices displayed on this website are in U.S. dollars and valid only in the United States. All sales outside the U.S. will require an additional charge for shipping. Some countries may have custom fees separate from the price on a Duck Talk’s invoice, said fees cannot be estimated prior to shipping.
Washing instructions (either brand)
To avoid fading, machine wash inside out with like colors, warm, not hot water, non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Do not dry clean. Tumble dry on low. DT sez…if you plan to dry your shirt on your dryer’s hot setting, you may want to order one size larger as some shrinkage may occur.

Shipping
Shipping and handling is free for orders shipped to U.S. destinations and Puerto Rico. Shipping is first class via the US Postal Service. Shipping time may vary due to location, but will average between 10-12 business days. Orders of 1-2 Ts to all foreign countries will be charged $10.00 additional postage. For orders of 3-4 Ts the additional postage is $20.00.
Return policy
You may return your T shirt to Duck Talk if it is defective, the wrong saying, or not the size or color you ordered. Here’s what you do: email dtsez@ducktalk.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that shirts that have been worn or washed are not returnable. 1) Return within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Mail to Duck Talk, P.O. Box 2915, Santa Maria, CA 93457-2915, in a pre-paid, securely wrapped package. Be sure to enclose a copy of your purchase order. 2) Duck Talk will issue your refund in the original form of payment. 3) Duck Talk is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Insurance is suggested.
Sales tax
State law requires the collection of sales tax from residents who live in California. Duck Talk is located in Santa Barbara County, and all orders shipped within Santa Barbara County will be charged 8.75% on the invoice total. All other California residents will be charged 8.25% on the invoice total.

Duck Talk accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards through Paypal's secure servers.

What Information we collect and how we may use it.

Do we use "cookies"?

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. Our policy is that we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personally Identifiable Information about visitors that are under the age of 18 years of age.

Kids
Duck Talk recognizes that parents, guardians, or other adults often purchase our products for family use, including use by minors. We do not knowingly collect Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13 for marketing purposes. Because some information is collected electronically, it can appear to be the Personal Identifiable Information of the Duck Talk purchaser of the product, and will be treated as such by this privacy policy. If a child under 13 submits Personal Identifiable Information to Duck Talk and we learn that this personal information is the information of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.
International users
Duck Talk abides by the safe harbor framework set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of Personal Identifiable Information collected from the European Union.
